Got a date in mind?

Let's see if it's realistic. It's the same check the app runs, and nothing you type leaves this page.

Apple Health, Health Connect and 50+ apps and devices. What's available varies by phone and region.

Good questions.

How do I start?

Download Aurora, sign up with email, Google or Apple and tell it your goal. Connect the apps and wearables you already use, only the ones you choose. A few minutes and you're in.

How does Aurora know if my goal is realistic?

It checks your weekly pace against a safety limit: about 1% of your body weight, never more than 1 kg a week. Too fast, and it suggests a later date. Muscle-gain plans faster than about 0.5 kg a week get flagged, and it checks your height before it suggests a weight-loss goal.

Does my target change every day?

In Adaptive mode, yes. Each morning it reflects your goal, your recent activity, the day you've planned, your weight trend and, on a weight-loss goal, last night's sleep, and it comes with the reasons. It's set once a day, so it doesn't keep moving. Prefer one number? Choose Fixed. Safety limits, like the calorie floor, still apply.

How does logging by voice or photo work?

Say it, snap it or type it. Aurora drafts the meal with calories and macros, and you edit or cancel before anything is saved. A photo gives a starting estimate, not a lab result.

Which apps and wearables work with Aurora?

Apple Health on iPhone, Health Connect on Android (Samsung Health comes in through it) and 50+ apps and devices, including WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, Fitbit, Polar, COROS, Suunto, Wahoo and Withings. The app shows what's available on your phone and in your region.

Can Aurora connect my sleep, caffeine and workouts?

Yes. With a connected watch or ring, Aurora reads your sleep stages, HRV, resting heart rate and workouts against your own normal range, and puts them next to what you log. It points out patterns, like late caffeine on nights with less deep sleep, and you can ask it about them. Patterns are associations, not proof of cause.

What if I go over my target?

The ring turns red and Aurora tells you, kindly, to be careful with your next meal. It can also give you a heads-up when you're getting close.

Does Aurora include prayer tools?

Yes, if you want them: local prayer times and the Qibla for the city you choose, with no location access, plus a du'a library with Arabic, transliteration and sources. Reminders stay off until you turn them on. Prayer never changes your targets and is never tracked or scored.

Is my data safe?

Sensitive health data is encrypted with AES-256. You can withdraw consent, ask for a copy of your data or delete your account at any time in Settings.

Is Aurora a medical app?

No. Aurora gives informational wellness guidance, not diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. Anything that needs a clinician's judgement should stay with one.
